Name
These three classic grape varieties of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot have combined to rise above their individualism and create a new artistic form. Although a thoroughly modern wine style you will discover after short term cellaring a classic revival ‘Renaissance’.
Vineyard
Fruit from this vineyard in McLaren Vale and demonstrates our regions ability to produce a variation of varieties. Closer to the Blewitt Springs part of McLaren Vale the soil is very much sandy profile which contributes to those white pepper spice characters.
Winery
All variety components are fermented separately and transferred to barrel. After 14 months in barrel the blend was assembled prior to bottling.
